Notice to the Public!

There will be a public hearing on the proposed revised Water and Sewer Ordinance at Town Hall on May 3, 2011 at 6:00pm or as soon thereafter as Council may hear the matter.

Special Council Meetings will be held at Town Hall 4:15pm

Sewer Plant Expansion - March 16th, March 31st
FY2011/2012 Budget Preparation - March 17th, March 31st, April 14th, April 28th, May 12th, May 26th

The Town of Newport is located on the East Coast of North Carolina. It is in Carteret County, on the banks of the Newport River. The town is adjacent to, and northwest of Morehead City, on US Highway 70.
