Homeowner Recovery Fund (NC GS 87-15-15.9) this fee is charged for every residential permit issued to a Licensed General Contractor for Construction or Alteration of a single-family dwelling, duplex or condominiums. $10.00

Should a decision of the board be delayed because of an incomplete application or inadequate information provided to the board, a fee equal to the board members perdiem and advertising costs will be charged the applicant and be paid prior to the hearing on the matter.


Subdivision Plat review, Residential


Subdivision fees are for administrative cost and inspections of infrastructure, roads, landscaping, monuments, sewer and water distribution lines, etc.


All subdivision plans may be reviewed by the Town Engineer for compliance with town specifications and accuracy of water, sewer and drainage utilities. The actual cost of review is charged to the developer. Minimum cost is ..........$500.00
